Expansion remodel designs use plans that are so complete they change the whole shape and character of a house. We call them Transformations. In the photos below, you can see a colonial, a “raised ranch” and two single-story ranch houses, all transformed into unique contemporary designs.

Pop-Top: The following set of photos shows what we call a “pop-top,” where the top of the house was raised to form a second story for a bedroom, bath and balcony, plus a vaulted greatroom.
